Just a couple reminders regarding my booking site and policies:

1) I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I am a mom of 4 and if anyone understands “things coming up” it’s ya girl. I am more than happy to accommodate you as long as you communicate with me in advance. ALL no-call no-shows will be charged to the card on file. If you don’t have a card on file, you will be required to pay your invoice in full before you can re-book with me- that is applied to your service if you choose to reschedule.

2) when booking, you will select the service you want and Vagaro will show you what days and times I have available for that service. Please don’t book a lesser service to ensure your desired appointment time! For example, you see that 9:00 is available for a full set, but not 1:00. You won’t book a fill at 1:00 to get that spot, when you really want/need a full set. It’s really important that you select the correct service when booking online. If you do book a lash fill and arrive without lashes, I will accommodate you if I’m able BUT it’s highly likely that you will be charged for the service and will have to come back another day/time to receive said service.

I prefer appointments to be booked online to avoid any miscommunication, but if it’s easier for you to text or message me for appointments, please do so. You will still need to confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance either by phone or through Vagaro. I can be reached any time on FB messenger or by text at (701)715-2603.
