Hi, I'm Josh.

Most people know me as a massage therapist, but what I'm building is about much more than massage.

My passion has always been helping people move better, feel better, and stay active doing the things they love. While hands-on work can be incredibly effective for reducing pain, improving mobility, and speeding up recovery, I've learned that lasting results often require more than what happens on the massage table.

That's why my approach is evolving to focus not only on providing high-quality bodywork, but also on helping clients identify and address the underlying causes of their pain, stiffness, and movement limitations.

Through a combination of massage therapy, mobility and movement training, recovery therapies, and education, my goal is to help people better understand their bodies and take an active role in their own health and recovery.

Whether you're an athlete, a gym enthusiast, someone recovering from injury, or simply looking to move through life with less pain and more freedom, my mission is the same: help you build a stronger, healthier, more resilient body.

This page will be a place where I share practical information on movement, recovery, mobility, performance, and overall wellness, along with updates as my business continues to grow.
