Hey Everyone! 👋

I’m excited to share with you all that after 9 years I will be moving locations!!

Bittersweet as I have lived a lot of life inside that suite. It was a pivotal moment for me taking the leap of faith by becoming an independent stylist (as a single mother that was terrifying!), celebrated getting married, and welcomed my baby girl into this world with a party there.

I am so excited to enter this next chapter in my life and have you all alongside of me to enjoy the ride! ☺️

About 4 months ago while I was doing Stephanie’s hair, I noticed a spot on her scalp that I told her to get checked out next time she was at the Dr.
She made the appointment, got a biopsy done, waited for results to come back and unfortunate news…it was Melanoma. Luckily it was caught early on and she can heal from her procedures to remove it.

At today’s appointment she mentioned she always would wear visor hats to cover her face but didn’t think about her scalp. It dawned on me that most of us would likely think that way too so I wanted to make this post as a little friendly reminder to not forget your scalp with summer coming up!

Being a hairstylist isn’t just doing hair. It’s moments like these that mean just as much to me as they do to her. ❤️
