My most recent continued education is now available for you to book! Adult Chair Coaching allows me to deepen my practice not only healing the body, we can target the environment your body is living in.
Think of your massage like water filling a bucket. If you are struggling with past traumas, direction for your life or anything that could be holding you back is the hole at the bottom of your bucket.
When you leave those holes in your bucket the effects of your massage only last so long. When we combine both massage/energy work with adult coaching it is truly magic.
