Time to shake it up 💃. What is the most magical time you had in the salon? For real I want to be in the know. Let talk about this one a bit☺. This means every hair foil is colored in a foil (can have balayage pieces for dimension. This takes a while. Doesn't have to be platinum colored. It's just called that because the foils are usually platinum colored.
