Movement has become so much more than a workout for me. 🤍🥊

Today I stepped outside my comfort zone and took a private boxing session with Chris, owner of Best massage place and Spa in Dallas While it challenged me physically, what I appreciated most was what it did for my mind.

Life can get heavy. Building a business, chasing dreams, showing up for others… it all adds up. Today I was able to release stress, quiet my thoughts, and simply be present. And ending the session with a full-body stretch reminded me how important recovery is just as much as the work itself.

Your wellness journey isn’t just about changing your body—it’s about protecting your peace, regulating your nervous system, and creating space to breathe.

If you’re looking for a slower way to reset, I’d love for you to join me every Sunday starting July 25th for Sunday R&R Slow Flow Yoga. We’ll move with intention, release the tension we’ve been carrying all week, and leave feeling lighter in both body and mind.
