📌 UNDERSTANDING IN-STUDIO VS. MOBILE PRICING

One of the most common questions I receive is why mobile services are priced differently than in-studio services.

The answer is simple: they are two different service models.

✨ IN-STUDIO SERVICES

When you visit my studio, I have the ability to serve multiple clients throughout the day in a dedicated professional space with equipment already in place.

My in-studio pricing reflects the service being performed within my established business location.

✨ MOBILE SERVICES

Mobile services require significantly more time and resources beyond the appointment itself.

For every mobile appointment, I must:

• Block additional time before and after your session
• Transport equipment and supplies
• Load and unload my vehicle
• Travel to and from your location
• Account for fuel, vehicle expenses, setup, and breakdown time
• Limit the number of appointments I can accept that day

When you book a mobile service, you are not simply paying for the hands-on treatment time. You are paying for the convenience of having a licensed professional bring the spa experience directly to you.

For this reason, mobile service pricing will always differ from in-studio pricing.

✨ PRICING & PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

My pricing is established based on experience, professional licensing, operating costs, and the level of service I provide.

Prices are not negotiable.

Questions are always welcome, but respectful communication is expected at all times.

I value my clients, my business, my family, and my personal time. As such, I maintain professional boundaries regarding pricing, scheduling, and communication.

Just as clients have the right to choose the provider that best fits their needs and budget, I reserve the right to determine how I operate my business and whom I serve.
