About me ;
It’s been some time since I have fully introduced myself and shared some of my story. I am a mother of 2 plus 2 wonderful step kids, a partner and a dog mom. I started my journey in Plymouth, Massachusetts where I grew up until I made the move to Maine 3 years ago. My passion for massage started very young at the age of 19. I knew I always wanted to help others in some way. When I was 19 I took the dive into Massage Therapy graduating in October 2013. I have continued to grow and learn more each day meeting amazing clients and hearing wonderful stories throughout the years. I love to connect with each of my clients and make sure I am providing a calm and safe space. 5 years ago I had a major injury where I slipped on the stairs and ended up breaking my femur, with that injury it changed my course and direction of massage, I started to get more into injury rehabilitation and understanding how the body truly worked and how injury effected the whole body mentally and physically. I was unable to walk on my own for over 6months , although that journey was terrifying it also opened my eyes to many new things. I feel a more sense of connection with myself and self care, and how crucial it is for us, but also how injuries affect my clients as well and what they may be feeling. I hope to get to know more of you and that my new and existing clients know that each session is tailored for you.

I have been a massage therapist going on 12 years now, I have seen so many different type of injuries and worked with so many amazing clients all dealing with stress mentally or physically. I have saved people from needing surgery and or providing a safe space for them to vent and have a moment to just be. Massage is so beneficial , if you are new to massage or it has been awhile, book your next session, the release it gives your body is the most amazing feeling.

Openings this week! Remember to take care of yourself physically and mentally!
