Fifteen years in this industry — and still, nothing lights me up more than watching confidence click into place the second someone sees themselves in the mirror.

This shoot felt like a full-circle moment. It was about more than content — it was about claiming the space I’ve worked so hard to grow into. From doing hair out of my car with a trunk full of tools to building Mane Beauty into the brand it is today — this is the version of me that grew through every trial, every early morning, every “can you squeeze one more in?” late nighter.

I’ve learned that your work only looks effortless when it’s backed by years of intention. The prep, the timing, the calm energy — it all matters. And so does showing up for yourself as much as you show up for everyone else.

I’m proud of the stylist who never settled, the educator who shares what she’s learned, and the woman who finally stopped playing small.
