LONG POST 🤷🏽‍♀️ 🧖🏽‍♀️
The Universe been testing me. And I almost failed horribly 🤦🏾‍♀️. I don’t talk about it often but it happened and I couldn’t hide it if I wanted to. So let’s talk about it: ADULT ACNE (Hormonal Acne to be exact)‼️

It happened initially in 2020. Picture in 2020/2021 Had me feeling some type of way…Already dealing with health issues grief depression and so much more I’m like for real??? I lost confidence because I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. Slowly learning about skin in Esthetician School and doing my own research I eventually gave in and went to the dermatologist. Picked up several meds skin was irritated, put more chemicals in my body 🤬. Fast forward to school I followed advice from my teacher and took my own notes developing my own SKIN ROUTINE. I had minimum to no breakouts.

Well life has been lifing once again and I’ve been stressed tf out. 2020 brought its ass back. Of course I was cleansing my face🧼💦🫧🧽 but doing the bare minimum 😏I hated the view in the mirror 🪞but my higher self and a few of my ancestors got me together real quick. Just working through the hyperpigmentation now 🙌🏾.
