Last day working at Hairhouse Studio! I love it here but ready for the next thing. I will be renting a chair at Salon 50 in Lakeville! Keep my lovely clients, ditch the stress! Jesus has put an amazing sense of peace and direction through it all!

This girl! Over 7 years ago I walked into the salon looking for a job to keep my cosmetology license up. She was at the front desk and welcomed me right in. She trained me, she stood by me as I took on the scary task of salon ownership. The ownership that not only stretches you in learning hours of painful bookwork, scheduling, bills, taxes, commisions, difficult clients (there might have been a couple) but the pain that goes with the relationships of staff. When someone would out in their notice/quit, it felt like someone was painfully breaking up with me. Giving up on the business I worked so hard for, taught and trained in my 'free time', invested time and money into leaving me to scramble childcare for my kids and cancel everything in my own schedule. She stepped up and helped me fill shifts, made sure I had enough time with my new babies, not to rush my maternity leaves, always on time, missed ONE day of work and let me know as far in advance notice as she was sick. Never a word of gossip or complaining came from her mouth. From the beginning to the end of this journey Rachel has been my rock. I could not have done it without her. I know our next adventure will be a little scary as change is hard. Disapointing people who have been coming to the salon is even harder, BUT the Lord has a plan. Love you so much Rachel! I hope you know just how special you are to me and Joel!
