Look who decided to grace us with his presence when we walked out to the car. 😂 And this was no cute little grasshopper ~ this was a DINOSAUR OF A BUG, damn near credit-card sized!
We start moving. He stays. We go faster. HE STAYS. Now I’m invested. 😂
The wind picks up and this fool starts tippy-tapping those sticky little feet, turns directly into the wind and assumes the position. At one point he’s basically my new hood ornament ~ full Titanic at the bow…

We hit 22 mph and Captain Sticky Feet was STILL riding like this was the adventure of his little bug life.

Y’ALL. 🤣
My seatbelt alarm started going off today.
I looked around because what the heck… nobody’s in the car. 🤔
A few minutes later, it went off again.
That’s when I realized…
My passenger seat has officially become a fully operational branch office and apparently weighs enough to register as a human. 💻😂
So if you see me driving around, just know my business is riding sh***un and my car would really appreciate it if it buckled up.

Ladies… can we talk? 💗
There was a time when I thought being tired, running on fumes, and pushing through was just part of getting older.
I don’t believe that anymore.
That’s one reason I’m loving the combination of PWR and NMN.
One supports the woman.
One supports the cell.
And when both are supported, something beautiful happens.
You stop spending so much energy trying to get through the day and start having more energy available to enjoy it.
More presence.
More vitality.
More “I feel like me again.”
And honestly? I think every woman deserves that. 💗⚡
Delivered breakfast to one of the sweet ladies at the bank this morning… and naturally the conversation circled back around to the wellness goodies 😂🚗✨
Mind you, they’ve all tried the botanical lozenges before… but today I finally got them to drop and strip 😏😂
(The wellness strips, people… behave yourselves 🤭)
Needless to say, curiosity spread FAST. Before long, we had a whole little bank lobby moment happening with grown adults sticking pink strips on their tongues saying:
“Wait… HOW is this wellness?!”
Honestly, moments like this are my favorite.
Just people laughing, trying something new, asking questions, sharing experiences, and realizing wellness doesn’t always have to look like giant pills, needles, or complicated routines.
Tiny strip.
Big reactions.
Lots of smiles. ✨
And judging by the lobby this morning… I’d say the bank officially approves 💁🏼♀️🏦
