Beayurvedic Wellness Center - Provides best in holistic healthcare. Wellness consultations include lifestyle management, nutritional guidance, exercise routine, yoga, breathing techniques, meditation and herbal support. Education, - workshops on healthy ways of living, Ayurveda, and yoga, mindful eating and cooking, balancing weight through Ayurveda and Ayurveda for women. Courses are offered on self care Ayurveda and healing therapies in Ayurveda. Services- Ayurvedic healing therapies that include abyanga, swedana, marmabyanga, mukhabyanga, Pindaswedan, udvartana, external basti’s – kati, hrid, janu, udar, greeva, netarpan, Shirodhara. Also programs for Rasayna chikitsa, panchakarma, ayuryoga. Products-The Beayurvedic product line includes herbal preparations for hair, skin, abyanga oil, nasya oil, and nasya Ghrut, Shata dhaut ghruta, ghee, herbal ghee’s –tikta Ghrut, brahmi Ghrut, dosha teas, Ayurvedic breakfast and meals.
