Are you a licensed massage therapist looking for a beautiful, professional space to **start or continue growing your massage business**?

Beginning **November 1st**, we’ll have space available for weekly rental at FACTS Wellness & Retreat Center. You’ll have the freedom to run your own business while being part of a supportive wellness community. 💜

🌿 Weekly rental
🌿 Intimate, peaceful treatment space
🌿 Curtains provide privacy between spaces
🌿 Use our reception area & payment services OR manage your own
🌿 Professional wellness environment
🌿 Access during normal center operating hours
🌿 Opportunity to connect with other wellness professionals

**Please note:** This is an intimate shared wellness space and **not an enclosed private room with a door.** If you’re comfortable with that type of environment and love the idea of building your business within a wellness community, we’d love to meet you!

Waking up this morning still thinking about last week’s **Double Dutch & Brunch**! 🪢

We ate, we networked, we laughed, we jumped, and most importantly—we moved our bodies and had a GOOD time!🤪

One of my favorite parts was seeing the nostalgia take over. People were stopping, getting out of their cars, and taking a break just to watch and join in. For a moment, we were transported back to the days of being outside, playing, laughing, and jumping double dutch with our friends.

And that’s the beauty of it all. Movement doesn’t always have to look like a gym or a workout. Sometimes it looks like…fun. Community. Laughter. Nostalgia. And two ropes turning.🪢

Three years in, and we’re hearing one thing loud and clear…

ENCORE! We want more!🙌🏾😂

This morning’s walk feels too good not to share. 🍃 The breeze, the trees moving, the clouds giving just enough shade from the sun—it’s a reminder to pause and take in the little things around us.

I can’t believe it’s already been a month since we hosted our 1st Annual WHOLE Wellness Conference!🥹🙌🏾

What an incredible experience it was to bring people together for a weekend of wellness, connection, learning, and community.

And the exciting part? Next year, we’re bringing the WHOLE Wellness Conference right here home to Fayetteville, NC!💜

We can’t wait to share what’s next! Stay tuned… 👀

Even when I was tired, my son encouraged me to get out there…and walked right alongside me. 🥹 We brought one of the pups too, who definitely set the pace! 😂🐕‍🦺

The thunder, lightning, and evening breeze made it even more beautiful.

Sometimes wellness is simply showing up, together. 💜
