The older I get, the more I realize self-care is a responsibility not a reward you earn after taking care of everyone else.
I’m not talking about spa days either. 😂
I’m talking about drinking water, getting rest, taking walks, making appointments, and doing what you know you need to do.
Many of us are great at showing up for others. It’s time to show up for ourselves too.
Self-care isn’t selfish; it’s stewardship.

I said it in my previous post and I’ll say it again.
This is what happens when care meets consistency.
It’s not a quick fix, it’s not hype. It’s just ingredients that honor God’s temple (your skin) and results you can feel.
She didn’t come looking for a miracle, but she found relief, healing and confidence again. Those are things that matter to me.
If your skin has been through something,
be gentle with it. Stay consistent and watch what happens.
You don’t have to force the glow. It will come back.
P.S. I’m one of the ones who has tons of content in there phone and doesn’t post it. But I’m working on it. It is time. (In my Rafiki voice…IYKYK)
