Time to get your day started the right way.
After you cleanse your face, don’t just slap moisturizer on, let’s add a couple more steps. Getting started, I’ll share my number one issue is
hyperpigmentation. In that case I like to treat myself to advanced skin corrective treatments, such as microneedling, microdermabrasion, and Dermaplaning, which we do offer at PK BEAUTI. Click the link in our bio to book your corrective treatment. The mentioned treatments are highly affective, however the after care is the most important part. That’s why I apply my serums in the morning and night, as well as SPF every morning, regardless if I decide to stay home or I’m getting ready to be out all day. Applying serum has great benefits: they pe*****te deeper into the skin supplying your skin with tones of nutrients such as Vitamin C, glycolic acid, kojic acid, salicylic acid and much more. You get your antioxidants in there that will help fight free radicals that damage the skin. I can go on and on.
Some serums work best in the AM; some work best in the PM.
SPF is a huge must in order to combat hyperpigmentation and sun damage. For my melanated kings and queens, our melanin needs just as much protection from the burning sun rays as other ethnicities and skin tones. If you struggle with hyperpigmentation, it’s imperative you apply SPF 30 or higher every morning. Burning rays can pe*****te through windows, so apply even if you plan on binge watching your fav shows all day. SPF will also prevent your skin from aging prematurely. I know how we love to stay and look youthful, so don’t skimp yourself. Protect yourself!
