I'm a wife and mom of four who understands the reality of balancing family, work, hormones, stress, and trying to find time for yourself.
My journey hasn't been perfect. I've faced weight fluctuations, difficult seasons, depression, and moments when I barely recognized the woman in the mirror.
But I never stopped showing up for myself.
More than 9 years ago, Bee Pollen became one of the tools that helped me stay consistent on my wellness journey. Not because it was a miracle (it kind of felt like it at times), but because lasting change comes from healthy habits repeated over time.

🐝 9 years later... I'm still here.
