Homebodymassage NC

Right now, I am so obsessed with learning And deep sustained compression

Working through the left quad, hip flexor, and TFL on my 💪🏽 muscular, heavy-lifting, athletic mama 🔥 AG Crystal 👑
This session focused on targeted soft-tissue work along with stretching and muscle scraping to help address areas of tension and restriction and keep her moving well.

I love that my clients trust me to listen to their bodies and work with what they need and not just follow a boring routine. Sometimes that means compression. Sometimes it means stretching, traction or creating space between a joint. Bodies respond differently to different techniques, and my goal is to meet you and your body where you’re at. I work with intentionality, to help your body move towards where it needs to be. That’s where intuition comes in. Your body gives me the information. I listen. And I respond with appropriate techniques.
