🌿 Herb of the Day: Lemon Balm

Sometimes the quiet herbs deserve some attention too. 🍋🌿

Lemon balm is part of the mint family, and when you rub the leaves between your fingers, you get that beautiful light, lemony scent.

It has a long history of traditional use in herbal teas and calming preparations, and I love using the leaves I've grown and dried myself in herbal blends. 💚

Fun fact: despite its name, lemon balm isn't a type of lemon—that citrusy aroma comes naturally from the plant.

✨ Crystal of the Day: Labradorite

Labradorite is known for its beautiful flashes of color, often called labradorescence. Depending on the light and angle, you may catch flashes of blue, green, gold, or other colors. ✨
In crystal traditions, Labradorite is often associated with intuition, transformation, protection, and self-discovery—which feels especially fitting during seasons of growth and change.

This particular piece is one I wrapped myself and kept for my personal collection. 🥰💜

Soft doesn’t mean powerless. 💜

Lavender is probably best known for its beautiful scent, but this little purple herb has a long history of traditional use in relaxation and self-care practices.

Its floral aroma is often associated with creating a peaceful atmosphere, which is one reason you'll find lavender in everything from teas and baths to oils and herbal blends.

I grow lavender myself, and there's something especially satisfying about being able to harvest and dry an herb you've watched grow. 🌿✨
