One of the biggest misconceptions about powder brows is that you’re going to have a thick, heavy, awkward peel coming off your brows — and that simply isn’t what the healing process typically looks like!

Healing is usually very manageable with some light dryness and flaking as the brows soften and settle. 💕

And the actual procedure? Most of my clients are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is! Powder brows are not the scary or painful experience people sometimes imagine.

Fresh brows will always look darker and more defined at first — don’t panic! They’re supposed to. As they heal, they soften and lighten into that beautiful soft, powdery finish we’re looking for. 😍

Then comes the touch-up appointment, where we perfect everything, reinforce any areas that healed lighter, and make those final little adjustments.
