Let’s Talk Salon Policies—Respecting Each Other’s Time

I absolutely love what I do and value every client who walks through my door. In order to keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, I have a strict and enforced cancellation/no-show policy in place:

1. 50% fee for late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows
2. After 3 late/no-show instances, prepayment of 100% is required to book
3. No swapping or shrinking appointments last-minute

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. When I’m left with an empty spot, it directly affects my business—and your support means the world!
