Happy 1st day of November!
Let's get bikini ready EARLY so its not a hassle during the those summer months!
think showing up is all it takes for a great wax? 🤔 There's a bit more to it!
A truly effective waxing experience comes from a few key practices:
You should be waxing all year round! Starting your body waxing in the winter will help thin out your hair for the summer. Regrowth takes about 3 to 6 weeks depending on what stage your are in your body waxing phase.
You need to exfoliate and moisturize if you are getting waxed. These two steps are crucial and many people neglect them. Exfoliating removes the top dead layer of skin freeing any hairs trapped underneath. Moisturizing softens your skin and hair resulting in a nice clean wax
🌞💧 And remember, communication with your waxer makes all the difference!
If you keep tweezing and shaving in between appointments you will never be completely smooth.
Shaving after a wax will erase all results you had and you start from square one anytime you shave in between.
Tweezing in between throws off your growth cycle, You will have hair left over the first few waxes because your hair isn't on the same cycle.
Leave the hairs that are left over so we can pick them up with the wax at the same time as the other hair.
Ready to elevate your waxing game? Book your next appointment and let's achieve those silky-smooth results together! 💌

Layering your skin care products can be one of the most confusing parts about a routine. You have all these products but how do you layer them??
Layering products in a routine can enhance absorption into the skin in several ways:
Thinnest to Thickest: Applying products from thinnest to thickest consistency ensures that lighter formulas pe*****te the skin first, followed by heavier products that seal in moisture and nutrients.
Targeted Benefits: Layering products with active ingredients allows each formula to target specific skin concerns and deliver their benefits effectively.
Absorption Time: Allowing a brief pause between applying each layer enables the previous product to fully absorb into the skin before the next is added, maximizing overall absorption.
Barrier Support: Using products that support the skin's barrier function, such as hydrating serums or oils, can create a protective layer that enhances absorption of subsequent products.
Moisture Retention: Layering moisturizing ingredients helps lock in hydration and prevent moisture loss, promoting better absorption of active ingredients.
This structured layering approach ensures each product is absorbed effectively, leading to improved skin health and appearance

Tip Tuesday!
Applying eye cream
Since this is the thinnest tissue on our face we want to use the weakest finger to pat our product in around the eyes. This is to avoid unnecessary tugging and pulling

☀️Morning & Night🌙
There is a significant difference between your morning and evening skincare routines. While both are essential, they serve distinct purposes.
Your morning routine is focused on protection and prevention. This is when you prepare your skin to face the daily environmental stressors, such as UV rays, pollution, and grime, that it will encounter throughout the day.
In contrast, your evening routine is all about repair and correction. This is the time to thoroughly cleanse your skin, removing any makeup, dirt, and impurities that have accumulated over the course of the day. This nightly ritual is just as important as your morning routine, as it helps reset and rejuvenate your skin while you sleep.
By understanding the unique roles of your AM and PM routines, you can ensure your skin is properly cared for both day and night

I T ' S A Y E A R - R O U N D T H I N G !
Waxing consistently throughout the year provides the best results. Maintaining a regular waxing routine allows your body to adjust and develop a consistent hair growth cycle. Taking long breaks between waxing sessions, like skipping the colder seasons, prevents your body from adjusting, leading to unnecessary trouble and pain for your hair and skin. The more you wax, the thinner, softer, and more sparse the hair will become. Year-round waxing weakens hair follicles, making them easier to remove and less painful. If you wax regularly, your hair will stay at the same length, with minimal regrowth, allowing you to go longer between waxing sessions.
