⏰ Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
• Cancellations made 6 hours or less before your appointment will incur a 100% service fee.

⏰ Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive 10–15 minutes late without prior approval, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a 100% service fee.

⏰ No-Show Policy
If you arrive or contact me 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and a 100% service fee will be required.
