There’s something about looking at the clock after a massage and realizing 90 minutes just disappeared.

For that time, you didn’t have to be productive, answer anybody or think about what needed to happen next. You got to just be.

But relaxing doesn’t mean I’m not paying attention. I’m noticing where you’re holding tension, how your body responds to pressure and what changes as I work.

You can talk, be quiet, fall asleep or completely check out. However you spend that time is completely up to you.

And hopefully when those 90 minutes are over, your shoulders have dropped, your mind is a little quieter and your body feels a whole lot better than when you walked in.

But don’t just take my word for it…

There’s no one-size-fits-all routine here. I listen to what you tell me, pay attention to what your body is telling me, and work from there. Sometimes that means deeper work, cupping, hot stones or focused work. Sometimes your body needs less, not more.

And hearing that someone felt this much of a difference after getting off my table? That’s why I do what I do.

Hi 👋 I’m Nicole, your local deep tissue therapist you didn’t know you needed.

But deep tissue isn’t all I do.

Some days we’re working through years of wear and tear, and other days you just need to relax and calm your nervous system. That’s the beauty of a customizable session—we make it about what your body needs that day.

Never had a massage before? That’s okay too. Cupping, hot stones and aromatherapy can all be incorporated when it makes sense, so you can try something new without committing your whole session to it. Hot towels are always included.

And don’t sleep on reflexology—it has a surprising way of helping you relax and release tension throughout the whole body.

Lymphatic work takes a different approach altogether, focusing on supporting your lymphatic system and overall wellness from within, as well as post-op care.
