Gentle reminder: Whether you come see me or you have a do-it-yourself spa day at home you deserve to take care of yourself.
Here's my do-it-yourself routine for at night.
-Put on some relaxing music.
-Double cleanse using your favorite cleanser. First cleanse takes off your makeup, second one gets rid of residue still left behind.
-Use a little steam from a pot of water OR get in your shower or bath.
-Use a toner afterwards to remove impurities.
-Followup with a moisturizer.
-Use vasoline on the lips AND your hands and feet for a deep moisturizing treatment.
(Don't forget gloves and socks or your sheets will need a wash).
-And put yourself to bed early because NOTHING compares to getting some good beauty sleep.
