The latest decision by GlossGenius is not just disappointing, it's infuriating.
We were bait + switched.

Nothing feels worse as a business owner.

I have been talking to businesses all night that are panicking because they now have to switch booking systems, raise rates, split rates, and do all kinds of crazy last minute changes. We absolutely will be switching companies when our contract is up.

We literally went with this company for their simple merchant system and now we are back at Square 1 with the option of having to make major changes to accommodate their GREED.

Please stay tuned. Temporarily we may need to split credit card fees and in the future we may raise rates and offer a cash discount. I am unsure as of this time.

It will require some meditation and prayer.

Donald Carbary is at the top of his game AND available all week from 6-9pm, those precious after work, before bed times that everyone wants a massage!

I've been on a platform about community lately because I see *so many people talk about community when they really mean customers*.

Sit down.

It is NOT the same thing. Community is an ecosystem that requires sacrifice, compassion care, and time. It is nurtured. It is cultivated.

So when MEMBHERSHIP™ | EVENTS | PODCAST refueled my ongoing Community Fire this week, I had to make a follow up post.

Opening The Breathe Collective this past week with another community leader GVST Wellness - Metro Detroit’s Spiritual YMCA has really put me in a vulnerable place where NOW you see what community will look like.
