Tuesday Tips: Ladies, I want to piggy back last weeks poll about blow-drying your hair. I gave up blow-drying my hair years ago and has it not only helped with the health of my hair but it has also cut down on styling time. One suggestion to those who are not ready to take the full-blown leap of throwing out your hair dryer, but you still would like to reap some of the benefits for your hairs’ sake. I suggest try using your blow dryer on the cool setting or even the lowest hot setting and drying your hair to the point of just barley damp. Then let it air-dry the remainder of the way. This little step will aid in the retention of moisture as well as in the healthiness of your hair. So, just give it a try and I would love to hear your thoughts or any techniques you would like to share.

Our daughters are a reflection of us, what they hear and see us do on a daily basis. The seeds that we plant within them will bloom regardless if they are positive or negative. What sees are you planting today? Remember our words have the power to build up or to destroy..............
