It's been 5 years since I had a vacation! That's way too long. I will not be able to respond to any messages between Mar 3 & Mar 10, but please feel free to leave me one and I will get back to you on Monday the 11th.

It's essential to keep up with the seasons when it comes to our skin. Even in Winter, here, we are dry (ironically). We tend to not drink enough water, we don't use moisturizer, or sunscreen as much when we really should do these things in every season.
I offer 30 or 60 minute standalone facials, or you can add an hour massage to a 30 minute facial.

"Self-Care" may sound a little cliche, but it is actually really important. I have to make lists, even for my "me time" or I won't follow through. Take the time that you need for you so you can be present for all the rest.

I rarely got massages through my career. Ironic, I know. But now, I get a massage at least every other week, sometimes every week depending on how I feel. Checking in with your body is also a method of self-care.
