CANCELLATIONS
I require a 40% deposit on all color and extension appointments

If you cancel within less then 24 hours notice I charge 50% of the total.

if you reschedule more then 3 times for the same appointment I can refuse to book you again.

Any no call no shows will be charged in full.

i don't give refunds for gift certificates.

I do understand things happen and I will work with you as much as I can. I do ask for a credit card number to book your appointments with, you'r card will not be charged without notice.

Some people think this is unprofessional but please understand this is my business and my only income.
