On Saturday, June 4th, 1977, at 1:42am, a beautiful baby girl was born to teenage parents at Baldwin Park Memorial Hospital. They had no idea what their future would hold and had no idea what they were going to do. All they knew was they loved this little bundle of joy so much that they were willing to do whatever it took to take care of her.
She was a special angel sent from heaven to the both of them.
They had no idea that the little girl they were holding would grow up to be a beautiful, strong, caring, compassionate, smart and happy, woman with a strong sense of faith and focus.
But it wasn't without its obstacles and MANY trials!!
Today, that little bundle of joy celebrates her 44th birthday with so much to be grateful for!! I'm truly blessed!!

I love these runs where you just take it all in. Explore everything around you. You just smile. It's not about the minutes per mile. It's the moment you feel alive. Noone can take it away from you.
It gives you a sense of peace in your soul.

Got to do a Zoom workout with a few of my favorite ladies in my fitness group. So nice to see them give their very best and have fun, cheering each other on. I love that you get to lift each other up. Feels so good.
I did the same workout I did yesterday from my workout program to challenge myself.
Can't wait until we do it again on February 6th.
