I rarely ever run into this problem buttt it is frustrating when I do. I am a very understanding person when it comes to needing to change your appointment we are all human. I know I am not the only stylist this happens to, when you don’t have the respect to even send a message that you’re not going to make it I will not be letting you back on my books. If you didn’t get several notifications about your appointment ahead of time that would be a different story but you do. So just please think before you no show that is someone’s time and money!
