Sometimes we just aren't meant to breathe through it. We have to go through it; the hyperventilating, sobbing, crying, wailing, yelling.

The healing crisis is exactly that; a mixture of blessings, lessons, and confusion. Things get worse before they get better. You don't always have to breathe through it. Allow yourself to feel without having to understand why.
