We are NOT meeting up tomorrow at 10:00 am. See everyone Tuesday at 6:00 pm.

Hey hey hey! Hope to see everyone tomorrow morning @ Becky Bangs. The Spa for our Curvy Queen meet up at 10:00 a.m.
We will do a 3 minute warm up dance followed by a 20 minute circuit workout. Which includes jumping jacks, squats, weight lifting, step ups, crunches and many more.
We meet up Mondays & Wednesdays at 10:00 a
And TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS at 6:00 p.
The meet ups are open to the public. We use the shop as our gym and we get it in! You can be a beginner or you can a gym rat and go hard. You can make these workouts easy or hard.
