Hiiii my friends 🤍 so much has happened since my last post almost TWO years ago. New house, new job, became a wife, and now I’m expecting our first baby. I announced then that I was no longer taking weddings but I’m back again to announce my official retirement from makeup 😭 I’ve taken a handful of clients over the past two years but my current job requires a lot of weekends out of me PLUS my sweet baby will be here soon - it just makes sense to completely hang up my brushes and focus on life as a new mom. I have always expressed my gratitude for everyone I’ve crossed paths with during my journey as an artist. It has truly been such a fulfilling experience in my life. There aren’t enough ‘thank you’s’ in the world. I have loved watching so many of my brides transition into motherhood and I’m so excited to finally experience it myself 🤍 thank you all for trusting me over the years and for being so kind (I know I’ve said it a million times). My heart really needed that.

✨PLEASE READ✨Happy Friday everyone! It’s been a MINUTE since I’ve been active on this page but that’s nothing new 😂. This entire year has been so chaotic for me - makeup aside but now I feel like I can breathe a little!

With that being said… I have made the difficult decision to no longer service weddings after this year. I have been going back and forth with myself for SO long but the timing never felt right. I’m finally content with the decision and am looking forward to only working one job 😅 I have never not either been in school full time and working or working multiple jobs or doing all three IYKYK.

I have met SO many amazing, amazing people the past 8 years and am forever grateful for all that I have learned. I have been trying to find the right words to convey what I have been feeling and I really just don’t think there are enough words to really express how thankful and fulfilled you all have made me.

I still plan to take single appointments and will teach lessons so please don’t hesitate to reach out for those services! I am entering a brand new season of life and want to focus on that. I have always been a workaholic and my life has literally only focused on working. I finally have more to my life to focus on and I’m so excited to explore that over the next few years.

Again, thank you all for being so wonderful and kind to me and trusting me with your faces 🥰 if this is all over the place, I’m sorry I’m emotional 😭 I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and a great rest of the year!

My beautiful Emma! We started our journey just about a year ago when she booked me for her engagement pictures. Then hired me a few months later for her big day! I love love love how bright and fresh she looks and I couldn’t get over how easily makeup applied to her skin! Nothing makes me happier than when a bride tells me she’s been taking care of her skin 🥰 glad I remembered to get pictures of her 😅 hope you all have a great weekend!

Well, hi! After an almost 5 month social media hiatus 👀 Admittedly, I’m not back to 100%. Last season somewhat forced me into a much needed break. I announced last year that my books would be closing temporarily and was overwhelmed with support from so many of you 😭 I appreciate it more than you will ever understand and am so so thankful for the community of angels that I’ve built for myself. I’ve been dipping my toes back into the water and will continue to take it easy on myself this year. I have still been taking bookings and have some amazing brides on my books! I have missed interacting with you all and am happy to be back in a comfortable capacity 🥰 I hope you’re all having a fantastic week! I did want to say I am booking for 2023 - Saturdays only. I did implement some new policies where I’ll only be taking parties up to 7.

I’ve invested (and continue to) a solid amount of time and money into providing a seamless experience when you book with me. I take into consideration all things that should be considered that maybe aren’t - online presence, a not-cheap looking website, how easy it is to book, quality/tone in correspondence, etc. For the day of, my main goal is to obviously achieve your desired look but I also consider my energy that I show up with, how gentle I am while touching your face and so much more. These are all of things I look for when searching for services so I continue to run my business for those who value the same. I have a lot more to say about this so I may bring back my blog 🤍 can we also quickly chat about this beauty?! Jaw dropping 😍
