Neuro-Somatic PILATES IS COMING BACK TO CVIT - WITH SOMETHING NEW!

NEW: Infrared + Red Light + PEMF Pilates Mats

Small-group Neuro-Somatic Pilates returns the week of October 11 - now with a completely new way to experience your Pilates practice.

Our new Infrared + Red Light + PEMF Mats combine three recovery-focused technologies with intentional movement to create a class that goes beyond traditional Pilates.
◦ Support circulation & blood flow
◦ Warm muscles and tissues before & during movement
◦ Support muscle recovery & reduce post-exercise soreness
◦ Promote relaxation & nervous-system regulation
◦ Support mobility and overall recovery
◦ Create a deeper mind-body movement experience

And the mats are completely optional - you can still enjoy the class without using the technology.

Classes are now a full 60 minutes, capped at just 6 people, with new equipment and experiences being added to the studio.

Over the past several years, Carbon Valley Integrative Therapies has evolved into something far beyond a traditional wellness or recovery studio.

What began with integrative manual therapy, rehabilitative Pilates, and movement-based care has grown into a more complete, systems-based approach focused on the connection between:
