Apparently, after years of telling patients to wear supportive shoes in the house, my plantar fascia finally decided it was time for me to take my own advice.

So I finally tried the Skechers GO WALK Slip-ins Carson.

And I don’t love admitting when a shoe proves me right, but so far, they’re helping.

✔️ Built-in arch support
✔️ Thick cushioning
✔️ Secure heel
✔️ Slip-in design—because bending over to tie shoes is overrated when your back hurts
✔️ And best of all, I can’t crush the backs down and turn them into the expensive slippers I tell everyone not to wear

Are they a miracle cure for plantar fasciitis? No.
Do my feet feel better in them? Absolutely.
