I used to think growth meant constantly adding more. More clients, more services, more opportunities, more money, more everything.

Now I understand that sometimes growth looks like subtraction.

Not everything you walk away from was a loss. Sometimes you finally learned enough to know what isn’t worth carrying anymore.

And THAT is growth too. 💗

Okay, you got me. I do have a habit of skipping the motivational speech and hand holding and giving people the actual answer. But that is not a crime. 😂

I’m not here to stretch one question into a 12-week coaching program. Bring me the problem, the idea, the numbers, or the decision you’ve been overthinking, and let’s work through it.

Late payments don’t disappear because I haven’t mentioned them today. They turn into late fees, notices, and eventually, an eviction.

And honestly, this is exactly why my consulting comes with 12+ years of real experience. I’m not giving advice based on a cute business quote. I’ve managed the payments, enforced the contracts, made the exceptions, regretted some of them, and learned when to stop talking and let the documenting speak for itself.

So yes, I’m quiet. But the paperwork is getting louder. 🧾😂

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about who this page is actually for.

And I don’t think it’s one specific type of person anymore.

It’s for the beauty student trying to figure out what comes after school.

The esthetician, cosmetologist, nail tech, PMU artist or service provider wondering what skill to add next.

The beautypreneur trying to make more money without adding 17 more clients to their week.

The person considering a suite, going solo, changing directions or building something of their own.

The entrepreneur who wants real conversations about business, boundaries, mistakes, money, opportunities and the things nobody puts in the cute little “CEO life” posts. 😂

And it’s also for the woman who works hard but is learning that her entire identity doesn’t have to be productivity.

We can build businesses AND buy the flowers.

Talk strategy AND romanticize a Tuesday.

Be ambitious AND want a softer life.

After 12+ years in this industry, I have plenty to teach, plenty of stories to tell, and apparently still plenty to learn.

My definition of rich has definitely changed over the years.

I’m currently rich in peace, options, experience, boundaries, ideas, time, and the freedom to change my mind when something no longer fits the life I’m creating.

The money matters too, obviously. 😂 But being able to protect my peace, make my own choices, and pivot without asking for permission? That’s a different kind of wealth. 💗
