Sound Therapy Event - Tibetan Bowls Hosted by Knead Therapeace & Hannah Rodgers, We welcome you to join us for a relaxing and meditative sound therapy experience.

🪻I know many people may struggle with feeling safe in uncertainty, especially in massage & sound therapy sessions.
🤍 Here’s my take on it
Listening and responding to our bodies could be a key to our regulation
Or, simply trustinf in our environment..
at our pace

🌳 Come home to your body
Self-care and self-regulation should not be a periodic luxury.
It should be treated as a human right.
Most of us don’t know what true softness and relaxation feels like in our bodies!
When we create routines for us to regulate and come back into our bodies and escaping our minds we find ourselves changing, healing, regulating, declutterring our minds, and less prone to stress

🤍I would love to support you on your journey!
