🤩Exciting Prenatal News🤩

Prenatal Yoga is now weekly at Firefly Hot Yoga ! This class weaves together prenatal yoga, childbirth education, embodied movement, mindfulness, nervous system support, and informed decision-making to help you deepen trust in your body, your intuition, and your growing connection with your baby.

Each week will explore a unique theme centered around pregnancy, labor preparation, consent-based care, autonomy, and the lived experience of becoming a parent. Through intentional movement, breathwork, education, community reflection, and practical preparation tools, you’ll learn ways to support pelvic mobility, comfort, regulation, labor readiness, and body awareness while honoring that there is no single “right” way to birth.

Whether you are a first-time parent or have birthed before, this class offers space to arrive exactly as you are — to move, learn, question, soften, prepare, and be witnessed in community.

You’ll leave feeling more informed, embodied, connected, and supported as you prepare for birth, postpartum, and the unfolding transition into parenthood.

I look forward to holding space for you each week beginning this Thursday 9/3, from 6:30-7:45pm. 💚💫
