I had the best time getting ready with literally the best people in the industry who I’m so lucky to call apart of my team! I felt like a million bucks! I’m back from my visit with family and feel ready for life again! I took this picture while my nephew was at his friend’s Birthday party. What started as conversation with my sister and other parents, quickly turned into me grabbing a Capri Sun, walking myself right to a park bench and taking in some sun, wind and some alone time!

Just to sit and take that in filled my cup right up!

So today, the day after I return from my trip, I am sitting. Taking in some sun, wind and some alone time (and Shasta time!) before my work journey picks back up again tomorrow! For years I would immediately go right back to work, but I have learned to give myself some grace today (as I am always sad to leave my family).
