Are you able to touch your knee to the wall from 4-5 inches away AND keep your heel flat?

If so, you have optimal ankle dorsiflexion range of motion 🤩. If not, let’s fix that!

Having full dorsiflexion range of motion, not only helps you squat better, but it also helps take stress off of your knees and helps you get proper push off with walking 🚶

Here are a couple easy ways to improve your range of motion:
✅ foam roll/stretch calfs/bottom of foot
✅ Standing 3-4” away from the wall and keeping your heel flat, bend your front knee and try and touch the wall. Think about driving your knee over your outer toes. Hold for ~10 sec and repeat 10x.

* if you’re having pain in the front of the ankle, discontinue and seek your local PT 🙋🏻‍♀️
