A day in the pen with the goats. Beatrix knows the routine and assumes her spot. Goose is moving around watching . We’ve done very little with his training. It’s all Bea ❤️ We could not be luckier than finding this gem of a boy.

We keep the hay, straw, and all goat and dog food in here. Goose is tall enough to watch while I’m dishing it out. It’s his new thing..🤣 He cracks me up!

Our town and woods is enveloped in smoke from a fire about 60 miles away. The firefighters are working hard to keep nearby communities safe.
We’re celebrating the 4th in a quiet way, appreciating the forest, the breeze and the solitude. To all of you, we wish you joy in your own way of celebrating this beautiful country of ours. No politics, be safe❤️ Happy Independence Day
