HCLC is so pleased to announce that we have received another $5K grant from the Arizona Community Foundation!! We use these funds to provide no cost visits to anyone in the Flagstaff area who cannot afford our services or whose insurance does not cover our care. This will allow us to serve another 50 families at not charge for the upcoming year and fund our weekly support group, Nursing Nook!!!!
