Thyme for FRIDAY!!
Those lovely Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) flower buds!

From Greek language "thumos", meaning courage.

A lovely aromatic addition for summer flavors, but ALSO dry and save some for the colder months as a lovely tea with potential to assist with common ailments of the later seasons.

Digging the Fenugreek, always...
But growing it connects me me to this plant.
It is a tasteful addition to some cool grain salads this week too, with Ayurvedic tradition for digestive promoting qualities...

I personally love this plant presented to me through out studies and respond to it myself with tastes in the kitchen to promote my own person well being and if you are not familiar with should look further into other than this post for personal use.

This means summer is in full swing.
Gracing us with beauty, the hue of sun and a florescent (cluster of in bloom flowers) eminating a forceful power against allergens but also pulling in pollinators.

Mint, Verbena and love for a cooling effect of hair rinses this holiday to celebrate the freedom of self love!

We can be frustrated, angry and scared...but we can also be grateful for those doing their best to help the situation.
