A space for women to feel empowered, healthy + beautiful.

Last week, we gathered in Mount Shasta for the final retreat under Self Love Retreats.
And I don’t have adequate words for what happened there.
There was a fullness to it.
A knowing. A completion. A sense of being exactly where we were meant to be, with exactly who we were meant to be with.
Four years of this work taught me something I didn’t even know I needed.
Women supporting women, without ego, without competition, without keeping score, is SACRED. 🤍
This partnership healed old wounds I didn’t even know I was still carrying. It restored my faith. I gained a sister. And that alone was worth everything.
But Mount Shasta gave us something else last week.
The women who gathered weren’t just doing the work. They were living it.
They arrived carrying the weight of their lives, the responsibilities, the roles, the constant hum of not enough.
And somewhere between the tall trees and the shared tears and the uncontrollable laughter..they softened.
They remembered who they’ve always been.
That’s the work.
Not fixing. Not forcing. Not grinding your way to wholeness.
Just… remembering.
Remembering that you belong.
Remembering that you’re not alone.
Remembering that the truest version of you has been waiting, patiently, quietly..for permission to come forward.
This chapter is complete. And it was perfect.
I’m bringing everything I learned into what’s next: Live Happy Coaching and Retreats.
Same heart. Same land. Same sacred work.
Now woven with a renewed clarity and confidence that I didn’t have before.
Right now, I’m just sitting in gratitude.
For the land that held us.
For the women who said yes to themselves.
For the partnership that changed me.
For the sisterhood that continues.
If you’ve ever been on retreat with me, tell me: What moment still feels alive for you?
And if you’ve never been, but something is stirring… DM to join my list.
I AM GRATEFUL. ❤️

✨🔮 SHE’S COMING! 🔮✨
We are SO excited to announce that Divine Mandy Oracle MANDY VALADEZ 🪶Akuhana AnAoaty• will be joining us at Hocus Pocus on October 22! 🖤🌙
Mandy’s story is powerful. In 2018 she escaped a cult community and started over in Dallas, TX, with two little ones. That’s when her deep inner healing and shadow work began. She made it through that pain, and now she helps women feel safe in their own bodies again. 🤍
Today Mandy uses her story to support others through ancestral healing and sound baths. She believes, and so do we, that sisterhood is true, authentic healing. We are made to be in community.
At Hocus Pocus, Mandy will be offering many ancestral healing sessions. This is a rare chance to sit with someone who has walked through the fire and come out the other side, ready to hold space for YOU. 🔥
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to join us, this is it. 🎯

✨ Some of the most powerful medicine is a community that shows up for each other.✨🎯👏
Join us on Saturday, October 17th, from 10 AM to 2 PM for the Lindsey Watson Celebration of Wellness
This donation-based community wellness fair is open to all ages and all genders. Kids and families are welcome too! Come and go as you like. You can explore, relax, meet local businesses and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
Why this matters:
Every ticket sold goes to the Lindsey Watson Acupuncture Scholarship. The scholarship gives $500 awards to people who can’t afford acupuncture and herbal medicine. Your donation keeps these therapies available to anyone who needs them, whatever their income.
When you show up, you’re doing more than attending an event. You’re helping a neighbor get care they might not be able to afford. That’s what community is all about. 🙌A heartfelt

It’s easy to be around people all the time and still feel like you’re missing real connection.
That’s what we love about The Beauty Boost! You can come for the workout, the event, the local businesses, or just because you needed plans. But, somewhere in the middle of it you end up talking and connecting with women you may have never otherwise met!
Some own businesses. Some are building something new. Some just want more community in Flagstaff- and nobody has to walk in with a perfectly rehearsed elevator pitch.
Just show up, have fun, and see who you meet. 💕
