My ankle is doing GREAT! We are heading to Africa for spring break to visit our son and i am out of my boot, off of my crutches and walking pain free!

SURGERY UPDATE. For those who didn’t get the whole story yet. Spring 2020, i sprained my left ankle walking on the flat driveway after getting the mail. Was told tendons are so stretched out should get surgery. Didn’t want to to. Spring 2021 sprained right ankle. Few months later fell because of weak ankles in living room and dislocated left shoulder. Planned to have surgery for shoulder in Jan. Start PT for shoulder. After months of PT shoulder is in good shape, still have a tear but great mobility and stability. Decided to use the time already scheduled to be off for ankle surgeries instead of shoulder. Left was today, a delay from January, due to covid. And in 8 weeks i will do the right ankle. Then back to work hopefully in June, can’t wait!

When my body forces me to take a break for a few months next year, i will be so sad not to hear about your lives. I will miss you. Thank you for giving me the best job.
