This will be the last year for Jamaican Blue Mountain at our shop. We have offered this rare coffee for 5 years. FYI this is last year we are offering JBM. Starting to test roast the Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. It is rare because of the amazing taste, it is grown in a tiny legally defined 6,000 hectare microclimate in Jamaican mountains, and it represents less than 1% of global coffee availability. Only 15% of Jamaica’s total coffee crop successfully meets the rigorous sorting, grading, and certification standards. Authentic JBM will be certified as our offering is certified. Approximately 70% - 80% of authentic crop is exported exclusively to Japan due to a long-standing trade relationship, leaving small fraction for the rest of the world.

7. JBM is roasted medium only no variations. It is sweet, the smoothest coffee, medium body and silky to taste, bright, gentle taste, creamy, slight milk chocolate notes, cocoa notes, slight toasted nut notes (these are flavor notes, NUTS are not used !), delicate herbal qualities, extremely unique
8. JBM is NOT offered thru our online store because we sell out F A S T during retail hours. It usually sells out by Saturday retail hours.

10. JBM is not offered decaf (it is EXTREMELY uncommon for decaffeinated JBM because of the cost factor)
