Six years ago today I opened the doors to this salon at just 23 years old.

March 10, 2020… yes, that March of 2020.

What was supposed to be the most exciting season quickly turned into one of the most uncertain times in the world. There were moments of fear, moments of doubt, and moments I wondered if I had opened at the worst possible time. But somehow… we made it through.

Almost 3 years we even expanded and made the space bigger, something younger me could have only dreamed about.

Today this salon isn’t just my dream anymore, it’s ours. The girls beside me, the clients who sit in our chairs, the conversations, the laughs, the community we’ve built together.

To every single person who has supported this salon over the last six years, thank you for being part of the story.🫶🏽

It’s our anniversary week and we’re celebrating our clients the sweetest way we know how… cupcakes 🧁🤍

I just want to say how incredibly thankful I am for each and every one of you. My books have been fuller than ever and that truly means the world to me.

With that being said, my schedule has gotten so busy that I’m booking very far out and I’m finding it harder to get my regular color clients in when they need to be seen.

To make sure I can continue giving my loyal clients the time and attention they deserve, I’ll be pausing on accepting new color clients for now.

This growth is something I’ve worked hard and prayed for, but it also comes with tough moments. It’s not easy knowing I can’t accommodate every new color request that comes in. I truly wish I could.

This isn’t forever, just a season while I catch up and make sure my current girls are taken care of.
