Well… with so many new faces around here lately, I figured it was time for a proper reintroduction.

Hi! I’m Kara—a doctorate prepared Nurse Practitioner that specializes in aesthetic & wellness.

My passion is helping people look refreshed, feel their best, and age with confidence. I believe the most beautiful results come from combining evidence-based medicine with a personalized approach.

While I love everything aesthetics, from injectables and lasers to advanced skin rejuvenation, I also believe that true confidence starts from within. Another summer soirée in the books! Such a fun time!

Today a patient I hadn’t seen in just over a year came in with her husband to talk hormones and peptides. We’re chatting away and she suddenly goes, “Wait… what did you say your name was again?” I told her “Kara” and she lit up: “That’s what I thought, but you look entirely different from a year ago!”

That sent me straight to my camera roll in search of a raw photo from last year. I’m down 45lbs and I feel the best I have in years.
