Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Cosmetologist I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist with 15+ years of experience.
I specialize in Therapeutic Massage, combining several modalities of body work to best serve my clients. My training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports massage, amongst others. I firmly believe that the human body can heal with the right touch. My technique application is based entirely on the reaction of the body to touch. Besides you telling me what ails you, I like to "listen" to the body's needs with my hands as well. Personalization is key to a great experience. For that reason, I like to make sure that your session is the best it can possibly be.

In addition to being effective post-surgery, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a powerful therapy for overall well-being.
Key benefits of MLD include:
- Stress Reduction: Triggers the parasympathetic nervous system to lower cortisol levels, reducing stress and anxiety.
- Nervous System Support: Stimulates the vagus nerve, which helps ground the body and create a sense of safety.
- Detoxification: Assists the lymphatic system in filtering out toxins and cellular waste.
Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to schedule a session.
